You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process any content you submit.

ResumeFit uses AI to generate resume analysis, job-fit scores, skill-gap information, interview questions, recommendations, and other results.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your particular circumstances.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated results before using them in applications, interviews, career decisions, or other professional situations.

ResumeFit does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, improved application outcomes, ATS scores, or any particular career result.

A job-fit score or other analysis is an informational estimate based on the information provided to the service and should not be treated as a prediction of hiring decisions.

You agree not to use ResumeFit to:

• Break or violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload content that you do not have permission to use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Abuse, scrape, or overload the service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security mechanisms.
• Use the service to infringe another person's rights.

The ResumeFit website, branding, software, interface, design, source code, logos, and other original materials provided by ResumeFit are owned by or licensed to ResumeFit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of ResumeFit intellectual property to you.

ResumeFit may rely on third-party services for infrastructure, authentication, databases, AI processing, hosting, analytics, or other functionality.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms.

We aim to keep ResumeFit available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, infrastructure failures, or other circumstances.

This includes reliance on AI-generated resume analysis, job-fit scores, recommendations, interview questions, or other career information.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, create security risks, or otherwise use ResumeFit in a manner that could harm the service or other users.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account and associated information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of ResumeFit after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of ResumeFit is established, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction required by applicable law.
